Community Choice is looking for someone who thrives in competitive environments, consistently exceeds goals and is committed to excellence to be our next Account Executive. In this results-driven role, you’ll be responsible for delivering UNexpectedly delightful experiences to our members while ensuring their financial needs are met.
This full-time role is fully on-site Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5 PM with a Saturday rotation of 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Leverage your determination and focus to promote and sell a variety of financial products and services. Identify cross-selling opportunities, customize solutions to meet the members’ needs and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Financial Education & Consultation: Use your enthusiasm and people skills to assess member needs to understand their unique financial goals, challenges and priorities. Offer guidance and recommendations on how the credit union’s products can help meet their needs, providing educational resources on budgeting, financial literacy and other relevant topics. Help empower our members to make informed decisions.
- Member Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with new and existing members by understanding their needs and providing memorable, personalized service. A goal-oriented mindset is key in helping our members achieve their financial aspirations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver UNforgettable member experiences. Address challenges with a solution-focused approach while maintaining a positive, patient and professional demeanor.

- 1-2 years of sales or related customer-facing experience
- A high school education or GED
Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1-2 years of sales with experience working in a commission role.
