To Whom It May Concern, The Liscomb Volunteer Fire Department Would like to Invite you to our annual Soup Supper Fundraiser being held Saturday Oct 3rd from 5 to 7 pm. All are welcome and all donations are greatly appreciated. The Soup Supper is an opportunity to celebrate and strengthen community, give back, exchange ideas, and show gratitude and support for our volunteer firefighters, first responders and the community that supports them. More importantly it is an essential resource for the department to maintain essential equipment, tools, services, and training necessary to safeguard the community we serve. Most volunteer fire departments rely on the support and generosity of the community to stay equipped and ready and Liscomb is no different. It is with the upmost respect and appreciation for your business and the value you bring to the community and surrounding area that we humbly request any donation you feel inclined to graciously offer. All funds and donations raised will directly benefit operational readiness, safety, and critical training. The City of Liscomb is nonprofit 501(c), and as many small communities operate, an all-volunteer department, resources and funding are quite limited. All contributions we receive are used for the continued operational expenses, maintenance of current equipment, as well as the procurement of equipment we still desperately need. Any contribution is always greatly appreciated. We have not provided any goods or service in exchange for this donation; please retain this document for your records.
