The Meskwaki people invite you to share in an event that is truly distinctive about the Meskwaki way of life. 

The Meskwaki Annual Powwow is the only one of its kind in Iowa and is held on the only Indian Settlement in Iowa.  

Beginning on Thursday, the four day festival and celebration occurs the 2nd full weekend of August each year. With Grand Entry beginning at 1 PM and 7 PM daily, it's a time of laughter, dancing, singing, remembering, and reconnecting with friends, family and the community each year.
