Brief Job Description/Summary:
Prairie Ridge is seeking a Psychiatric ARNP/PMHNP to provide integrated behavioral healthcare services in an outpatient setting. This position offers no weekends, evenings, or on-call responsibilities. In-person candidates are preferred, though virtual opportunities may be considered for the right candidate licensed in Iowa.

List of Job Duties:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Develop and implement treatment plans for mental health and substance use disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in coordinated care efforts with internal providers and community partners
• Utilize medication-assisted treatment approaches as appropriate
• Support whole-person, integrated behavioral healthcare services
• Participate in ACT Team services if working in-person, as applicable

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Current ARNP license in the State of Iowa
• PMHNP certification preferred
• Ability to prescribe in the State of Iowa
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and technology systems
• Supportive of Prairie Ridge’s mission and patient-centered approach to care
