Brief Job Description/Summary:
Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services including assessments, individual, family, and group counseling. This position offers flexibility, opportunities for professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative community mental health setting.

List of Job Duties:

• Provide evaluations/assessments and outpatient therapy services
• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions
• Coordinate care and collaborate with internal and external providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain community referral networks
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and training activities
• Maintain agency productivity and compliance standards
• Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Master’s degree in behavioral healthcare field required
• Current Iowa licensure as LMHC, tLMHC, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, tLMFT
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with electronic health records and technology systems
• Understanding of behavioral healthcare and community mental health services
